Simple, Lightweight, Loud 

Contrary to popular belief, a stub-stack exhaust is not deafening loud.

Yes, it is a bit louder than a straight pipe 2-into-1 design, but not by much. What you gain in decibels you lose in weight: this entire exhaust system weighs just 4.5 pounds.

All four pipes in this Lycoming stub stack exhaust are 1.75" diameter 16 gauge 304 stainless steel, back purged and TIG welded right here in Colorado USA. Our thin mountain air, lack of light pollution, and abundant wildlife...change absolutely nothing about the TIG welding process, but we can put a Colorado flag on every box out the door.

This kit includes (2) right-side exhaust tubes and (2) left-side exhaust tubes.

Installation

Determination of airworthiness and installation must be performed by a qualified A&P.

Delivery

We have limited stock on hand. Expect a 2 to 4 week lead time on all 304 stainless products.
